Jalapeno Steak
*The longer the steak marinades, the stronger and hotter the flavor.
Never go over 24 hours.

Ingredients

4 green jalapeno peppers
4 cloves garlic, peeled
1 & 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 cup of lime juice
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1-2lb of steak (recommend 1 to 1.5)

Instructions

1.) Use a food processor or blender to dice up jalapenos and garlic cloves.

2.) Combine processed jalapenos, garlic cloves, spices, salt, and lime juice. Mix well.

3.) Rinse off steak and place in a container. Coat both sides in marinade.

4.) Marinade for 8 hours or more.

5.) Preheat grill. Discard excess marinade and cook steak for 5 minutes per side or as desired.
