Fajita Marinade

Ingredients

1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1/4 cup of red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1.) Mix all ingredients.

2.) Add chicken or beef to marinade.

3.) Marinate for at least 4 hours, no more than 24.

4.) Remove meat from marinade and cook as you wish. I use a pan.

5.) If you use the marinade to cook the meat, it must be brought to a boil.
